People Services Service & Performance Analyst, CEE

Goals and Objectives:

• The Service & Performance Analyst will be responsible for the provision of a HR technology and data reporting service both internally to drive the HR Operations service and externally to respond to customer requirements. This role will also support the management of data quality within the core HR Systems
• This role is the technical subject matter expert in the People Services operation and system administration processes to ensure that the service is being delivered in the most efficient, accurate and effective way through the use of the HR systems and development of technology.
• The Service & Performance Analyst will work collaboratively with key stakeholders at a UK and as well as regionally / globally. As this is a role which interacts with senior stakeholders across the business, excellent interpersonal skills are essential.


• To put the customer first in our delivery of excellent customer service at all times
• Support Global People Services and BU HR with technical queries and system issues
• Manage Workday configurations and re-configurations at a local level
• Support local change requests in line with business and Global People Services requirements
• Support implementation of HR systems and technologies e.g. Robotic Process Automation
• Support HRSS system integrations working collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure the accurate and timely flow of data between systems / service providers
• Capture key HR MI data requirements for a range of stakeholders - HR Leadership; Business Partners; Management Teams; Finance; Reward and Talent Centres of Expertise etc.
• Provide strong analytical skills, with confidence in using and interpreting numerical data, providing trend analysis to meet the business needs
• Provide HR systems support for inbound TUPE and acquisition projects including system configuration and data validation
• Work with the Global People Services and HR Project team to identify functional requirements, data, validation, testing needs of any change, personally supporting and owning tasks as required
• Identify opportunity for standardisation and optimisation of process and system use and how this can be operationalised into the GPS or BU HR process approach.
• Translate complex system and data topics into meaning for key stakeholders and business users and project team members in order to convey and effectively deliver the project requirements from both a BU and corporate perspective
• Take an active role where required in the business engagement and training of the new processes and systems as required working in partnership with HR and project stakeholders
• Ensuring maintenance of all personnel information in accordance with the Data Protection Act and the Freedom of Information Act
• To carry out and undertake any relevant training deemed necessary
• Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures.
• Be fully conversant and compliant with all Environmental Health and Safety procedures.
• Complete quarterly ethics module as advised by Ethics & Compliance Officer (ECO)
• Fully comply with all Quality, Environmental Health and Safety directives including but not limited to PPE, Accident Reporting, Cardinal Rules, Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS), and Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE).

Candidate Requirements:

• Willingness to travel in EMEA region
• English language is a must
• Project management skills
• Experience in the delivery of system and process change within a HR environment
• Knowledge and experience of Workday HR Information Systems, Web enabled IT tools and software such as Excel/Word, SharePoint, SAP, ServiceNow
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel in relation to the manipulation of large volumes of data including the use of data analytics tools advantageous
• Ability to extract data from a number of sources and manipulate it to produce meaningful reports back to the customer
• A balance of strong technical capabilities with a flair for telling the story and being creative with the presentation of this information to engage with the business in non-technical language.
• Ability to work independently as well as team, establish priorities, raising and/or resolving issues
• Confident in stakeholder management and communication and and engages with stakeholders using a variety of approaches including written, verbal, email and presentation
• Ability to work as part of a team, within a very busy environment, which has strict deadlines, the post holder will be able to work under pressure and respond to changing priorities

• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities
