We offer you the position:

CITI BANK Credit Card Administrator

CITI BANK CC Admin role is responsible on any request regarding the Corporate Credit cards and the usage of the cards.

Responsibilities

• Customers service support to carrier employees on queries regarding corporate credit cards
• Processing corporate credit cards applications and terminations
• Support Employees with credit limit changes
• Follow up with Employees on corporate credit card’s overdue/overdraft cases
• Overall maintenance of corporate credit card environment/platform
• Prepare and provide reporting and support to management team

Desired Skills

• Organizational Skills: Ability to work with different stakeholders with different social skills and to align with different governance settings
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate with different Stakeholders, to adjust the tone and terminology according to the respective audience
• Data savvy: Experienced on working with data, Ability to collect and analyse data, prepare meaningful outcomes from big data (Charts, Graphs, Tables etc…), experience and basic knowledge on MS Excel
• Detailed focused
• Self-organized
• Fluent in English (additional language skills on European languages such as German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, etc… is a plus)
