FP&A Specialist

Looking for:

• Good analyst, structured, proactive, willing, able to drive process improvements;
• Czech or Slovak language, good English;
• SAP FICO experience must, HFM experience advantage, advanced MS Excel user must, MS Access, SQL knowledge advantage;
• Multinational Corporate experience, big4 experience plus.

• BA/BS degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field;
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience;
• OR master’s degree and 3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Provide financial leadership and discipline, developing a high-quality function.
• SAP FICO key user;
• Manage the integrity of financial data, maximizing the value, accuracy and completeness of the information available, ensuring all internal and external reporting requirements can be met within tight deadlines;
• Organize / support weekly FR project review meetings to prepare forecasts and support initiatives to drive margin expansion;
• Organize / Support weekly service reviews, define / produce / analyse key performance metrics, design improvement plans with Service leadership and follow up on execution;
• Provide analysis to support business decision and performance management;
• Drive / Manage Cash Flow metrics and design WC turn improvement plans with Operations (DSO, NITO, AP days);
• Drive a culture of 'best practice' by leading / participating in process improvement projects:
o ERP design and implementation
o Internal control procedures (operational cycles)
