HR manager Czech conso (Czech, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Romania)

Main Tasks:

• Ensure the new recruitment strategy for technical positions (HVAC, electro);
• Upgrade current compensation strategy to improve employee engagement;
• Drive culture change to align with organization with company stratégy;
• Provide advance HR support to functional leaders;
• Diagnose gaps in development needs and deploy actions;
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and UTC programs and policies;
• Assess and select top talent in a timely manner and with proactive approach;
• Coordinate relocation of newcomers;
• Management of internal and external communication;
• To manage the monthly, quarterly reporting of Employment cost and HC(regular ad-hoc report from HQ);
• To create the HR Plan together with Finance department;
• Manage Payroll processing salaries and related agenda;

Required experience:

• University degree, preferably in business or psychology;
• At least 7 years Human Resource experience, ideally in an engineering or technology organization;
• Strong HR knowledge with focus on culture development, HR strategies and processes formulation and execution, combined with demonstrated knowledge of Czech HR labor law;
• Ability to effectively communicate ideas and thoughts to people at all levels of the organization;
• Self-motivated, hands-on, goal oriented individual and good listening skills;
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications and ability to work with complex Excel files;
• Fluency in English and Czech is a must;
